There will always story behind everything, so does a song. Every musician who makes a song, must be have a story when they create a music. Suzy, who just released their comeback solo, just shared the story about her songs in her showcase.
Suzy has released 3 music videos and “Holiday” is the title track for her comeback. In the showcase she said that the song spent a lot of money to shoot. No wonder the place in the video is so nice and of course has really a vibe of holiday.
Another songs she shared the story about are “Bad X”, “Midnight”, and “All Night”. Suzy said that, she wrote those three songs and the lyrics herself together with other musicians. She even honestly spoke that “Midnight” was a sad song but it helped her to sleep in a positive meaning. She meant that it was such a lullaby for her.
On the showcase, she told us her opinion about her songs, how she felt while writing the lyrics, and her purpose in making them.
Not only hearing her stories, our ears will also be spoiled with the beauty of her voice because she sang several songs melodiously without MR.
What I personally like in the video is the interaction between Suzy and her fans. She often asked the fans their opinions about the songs and said hello to the nearest fans who sat in the front and made eye contact with her. The fans also spoke and answered to her “loudly” and “excitedly”. Such a nice thing to watch.
